IFT recently took place at McCormick Place, Chicago, from July 15-18. IFT is presented by the Institute of Food Technologists.
IFT18 included 1,200 exhibitors and 100 sessions, and attracted 23,000 attendees.

IFT19 will take place at the New Orleans Morial Convention Center, from Sunday, June 2 to Wednesday, June 5, 2019.
