Product Snapshot: Better4U Gluten Free Sprouted Ancient Grains Pizzas from Better For You Foods are made with four sprouted gluten-free grains—quinoa, flax, millet and chia—that give the multigrain crust a unique, hearty flavor. Like all of the company’s other Better4U frozen pizzas, the new pizzas are, according to the company, lower in fat, calories and sodium than traditional pizzas.
