Fans of Reese’s Peanut Butter Easter eggs won’t have to wait until next year to enjoy the seasonal treats after the holiday.
The Hershey Co. brand will freeze Peanut Butter Eggs and give them out to a few Reese’s lovers this summer.
“We know our fans dread the end of Reese’s Peanut Butter Eggs season,” said Jan Grinstead, Easter manager. “So, we wanted to surprise them with a chance to get their hands on our iconic eggs long after Easter.”
Starting April 16, Reese’s social media channels will post the link to claim Reese’s eggs on a first come, first reserve basis. Fans will try for a chance at having 36 Reese’s Eggs delivered to their door.
Once the freezer is full, Reese’s will wait for warmer temperatures to thaw and deliver the eggs to the lucky winners. When exactly? This summer, when the time is just right.
The offer will run through April 19 while supplies last. However, Reese’s also recommends that fans stock up on Peanut Butter Eggs ahead of Easter and store them in their own freezers.
