Café Valley is introducing a new line of Girl Scout Cookie-inspired mini cupcakes, available beginning in August in five different flavors.

The cookie will be available for two weekends in July: Saturday, July 12 to Sunday, July 13, and again on Saturday, July 26 to Sunday, July 27. 

The launch capitalizes on rising trends in brownie consumption and gluten-free treats.

Products range from Insomnia’s limited-time-only cookie flavors, to Smartfood cheddar barbecue popcorn, to a Goldfish LTO spicy pickle flavor.
