Product Snapshot: Wisoman Foods has launched a new product line of ethnic Indian flatbread, Wisoman’s Phulka Roti. An unleavened Indian flatbread which is uncooked, free of preservatives and Non-GMO Project Verified. Once cooked, it can be served warm with Indian curries and vegetables. Our use of durum wheat gives our roti great texture and a heartier taste compared to standard brands. All our products are processed in a clean state-of-art, SQF Level 2 certified facility which is equipped with innovative machinery, ensuring consistency in product quality.
