Stellar, a fully integrated firm focused on design, engineering, construction and mechanical services worldwide, has expanded its Wisconsin office to accommodate continued growth and customer demand.
The 2018 expansion includes:
- Constructing 28 new offices (for a new total of 48 offices)
- Adding 5,300 square feet of space (for a new total of 11,300 square feet)
- Hiring 17 employees over the past three years (for a new total of 37 project managers, engineers and designers)
Stellar’s office in Stevens Point first opened in 2010 at 5508 Clem's Way. Since then, it has grown by 80 percent, including an expansion in 2015. The office supports Stellar’s process engineering group.
“The growth we’ve seen in this office is a direct reflection of how Stellar is meeting a critical need in the marketplace,” said Kurt Warzynski, vice president of process engineering for Stellar’s Food Group. “Our process engineering group has seen success through repeat business, exploring new business sectors in the food and beverage market and offering a wide range of services from master planning to the commissioning of equipment.”
