Stellar has named Clint Pyle as its new senior vice president/chief financial officer. He succeeds Scott Witt as the CFO of the fully integrated firm focused on design, engineering, construction and mechanical services worldwide.
Witt has been promoted to Stellar’s Board of Directors, where he will serve as chair of the Finance Committee. Both promotions are effective immediately.
Pyle is a licensed CPA with almost 20 years of accounting and finance experience. He most recently served as divisional vice president of Shared Services. Prior to joining Stellar in 2006, Pyle was the manager of finance and planning at The St. Joe Company and was an accountant at CNL Financial Group in Orlando. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Stetson University and an MBA from the University of North Florida.
“Scott and Clint have each played a major role in Stellar’s growth and success over the years,” said Mike Santarone, president and chief operating officer. “Clint has proven to be a tremendous asset, and I know that he and Scott will continue to work together effectively in their new roles.”
In addition, Stellar promoted three professionals to officer-level positions:
- Jason Duff to division vice president, engineering
- Luke Facemyer to division vice president, refrigeration contracting
- Chris Williams to vice president operations, mechanical services
Also promoted were Amy Rojas to director of human resources, Mike Davis to operations manager and Sid Sapp to senior superintendent.
The announcements come as Stellar concludes a successful fiscal year 2017.
