Product Snapshot: Lundberg Family Farms is launching its first-ever frozen product, Organic Grainspirations Arancini. These gourmet rice appetizers are currently available to retailers and distributors for pick-up, with target roll-out for consumers starting in June.

Crispy, indulgent, yet gluten-free, these frozen, stuffed rice balls are made with organic brown rice—cooked risotto style, then rolled in gluten-free breadcrumbs and lightly fried to perfection. Organic Grainspirations Arancini are available in three varieties:
