East Balt Bakeries announced that its bakery division in China was recently recognized by McDonald’s for outstanding quality system leadership and superior supply chain performance.

East Balt China was honored to receive McDonald’s coveted Supplier of the Year Award for superior performance in quality, food safety, innovation and people practices across the McDonald’s China supply chain. Additionally, several East Balt Bakeries were recognized individually for their consistent high quality product and service; those bakeries included: East Balt Shenyang, Tianjin, Hangzhou, Beijing and Wuhan. East Balt Shanghai was also presented with the highest quality award, the AAA Quality Award, as product from this bakery is considered a benchmark for the entire region.
