Anthony McNair was recently hired as Savory Flavorist at Bell’s headquarters in Northbrook, IL. Anthony has extensive years of experience in all facets of the flavor industry. He began his career with IFF/Ottens Flavors in production and packaging before moving on to the flavor division to work in both the sample and creation labs, where he took on various leadership positions. Having over 15 years of experience and training in both sweets and savory flavors, Anthony will be a valuable addition to the savory lab.
