Snack it Forward LLC, Los Angeles, a maker of better-for-you snacks, recently announced it will acquire World Peas, an Austin, TX-based producer of legume-based savory snacks, including coated crispy peas and fava beans. The terms of deal were not disclosed.

Following the acquisition, Sheth will join Snack it Forward as president of pulse snacks. World Peas will operate within the Snack it Forward headquarters in Los Angeles.
