Product Snapshot: Strawberry ‘n’ Cream is the latest flavor to join Manifesto Industries’ Element line of chocolate- and fruit-cream-topped, European-style rice and corn cakes. Like the line’s other products—Dark Chocolate Rice Cakes, Milk Chocolate Rice Cakes, Vanilla Orange Rice Cakes and Dark Chocolate Corn Cakes—the new rice cakes have only 80 calories and 5 grams of sugar per serving. They, too, contain no GMOs, cholesterol, hydrogenated fats, trans fats, high fructose corn syrup, yeast or preservatives.
