Unitherm Food Systems, Bristow, OK, has named Mark Smith as its CEO. He oversees all aspects of daily operations and strategic planning for Unitherm.

Smith brings extensive experience in business development and leadership, having spent nine years in commercial banking and private equity, and 16 years in leadership roles with Daydots Inc. and Ecolab Inc.

David Howard, Unitherm’s founder and owner, will continue his active involvement with the business, serving as its chairman, with a focus on product and business development.

Unitherm Food Systems manufactures thermal food-processing equipment.
