The International Baking Industry Exposition (IBIE) 2013, held Oct. 6-9 at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, exceeded all expectations for attendees, exhibitors, interactive education and exciting show features, according to the American Bakers Association (ABA). “By all measurements, IBIE 2013 has turned out to be the best Baking Expo in the show's history,” ABA reports in its Oct. 9 ABA News Digest.
