Product Snapshot: Wonder’s new Smartwhite for Kids combines the nutritional benefits parents want for their growing children with the Wonder bread taste and soft texture that kids love. The product contains no high-fructose corn syrup, provides the same amount of fiber as 100% whole-wheat bread and the calcium of an 8-oz. glass of milk, has 25% less sodium than regular white bread and has 50 calories per slice. In addition, two slices of Smartwhite for Kids contain nine essential vitamins and minerals, including iron, vitamin D and folic acid. The bread’s packaging features Wonder’s new “Nutritional Notes,” which clearly display all of these nutritional facts about the bread.
