The Big Bakery Show for 2006
The world of baking meets every three years at iba in Germany. This international trade fair has been one of the three most significant exhibitions in the baking industry since 1949. It takes place alternately in Munich and Düsseldorf.
From the October 3-9, 2006, about 1,000 exhibitors from more than 40 countries around the world will be coming to iba in Munich to present their current products and offerings. Being such a large show, iba provides a complete overview of the international range of products and trends for the future
Exhibitors and trade visitors hail from all five continents, and because the show’s exhibitors have a broad range of products for bakeries of any size, all kinds of decision makers regarding investments can be found among the visitors. There are products for bakers and pastry-cooks, ranging from small mixing machines to ovens, proofers and makeup equipment for large plants.
Moreover, the show has broadened its audience to include large catering facilities, foodservice operators and even supermarket retailers.
