Genesee starts with extra thick-cut slices of applewood smoked bacon, which are enrobed in dark chocolate. Each strip is then drizzled with white chocolate. The product shelf life is five months.

Ingredients: Dark chocolate (sugar, partially hydrogenated palm kernel and cottonseed oils, nonfat dry milk, cocoa processed with alkali, cocoa, glyceryl lacto esters of fatty acids, soy lecithin, salt), fully cooked bacon (pork cured with water, salt, sugar, smoke, flavoring, sodium phosphate, sodium erythorbate, flavoring, sodium nitrate), white chocolate (sugar, partially hydrogenated palm kernel and cottonseed oils, nonfat dry milk, glyceryl lacto esters of fatty acids, soy lecithin, salt and artificial flavoring added).
