Lidl launches sustainable chocolate products
Products hit U.S. shelves under Preferred Selection brand.

Lidl introduced three new sustainable chocolate confections at U.S. stores earlier this year under the retailer’s Preferred Selection brand.
Included among them are two premium, Fairtrade-certified dark chocolate bars, available in an 85% cocoa version (S.R.P.: $2.19) and a 56% cocoa variety, accented with sea salt (S.R.P.: $1.99).
The new products are crowned with a selection of authentic Belgian chocolate crisps. Certified by UTZ, these Belgian treats will be available in Dark Chocolate, Milk Chocolate, Hazelnut and Caramel flavors (S.R.P.: $2.29).
