The Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) has released an educational toolkit to help address confusion over food additives and preservatives in the production of foods.

Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, South Dakota, Washington, and West Virginia follow the science and reject proposals to ban FDA-approved food additives.

The acquisition will broaden Ingredion’s portfolio of wholesome, clean-label ingredient solutions.
