PLMA Private Label Trade Show, organized by the Private Label Manufacturers Association, looks to set a new all-time record for show size and attendance when it comes to the Rosemont Convention Center, just outside Chicago, from November 11 to 13.
The Private Label Trade Show, operated by the Private Label Manufacturers Association (PLMA), will take place in Rosemont, IL at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center, from November 12–14. The event is just minutes from Chicago and in close proximity to Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport.
PLMA’s annual Private Label Trade Show will take place Nov. 13–15 in Rosemont, IL at the Rosemont Convention Center, conveniently located near Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport. The convention center is within walking distance and short shuttle bus rides from major hotels.
Private label has come a long way from its “generic” years. Today, focuses are on premium, national-brand-better (NBB) offerings and clean eating—snack and bakery products that are part of the better-for-you category, including those that are gluten-free.
With growth of private-label products building for several years, these days, such products are taking a bigger bite of the sales total in grocery aisles. Supermarkets are also spending more to upgrade the products.
