Taking place this March 21–23 in the River Pavilion at the Javits Center, chocolate lovers and culinary enthusiasts of all ages will have the opportunity to indulge in a weekend of all things cacao.
The International Cocoa Awards will be given out at the Salon du Chocolat in Paris, providing a platform that recognizes quality cocoas and the farmers that grow them.
As I moved around the Paris Salon, the international diversity of attendees at each venue drove home to me what a worldwide pleasure chocolate has become.
