Alan Edington is the vice president of operations at Tennessee Bun Co., Nashville, Tenn. Edington has more than 20 years of experience in food manufacturing. During his career, he has worked with Kraft Foods, Kroger and O’Charley’s, as well as more than 25 years of farming experience on a grain and livestock farm in Illinois.
Here, at Tennessee Bun Co., we were approached by a customer who was looking for a supplier of buns, which sounds easy enough, because after all, we produce buns.
