Gluten-free has hit its apparent peak across snack and bakery, and now a new level of innovation is starting to take hold.

LEAF Brands, maker of Hydrox the "original sandwich cookie," will announce at the 2017 Sweets and Snacks show in Chicago that they have improved their flagship sandwich snack cookie, Hydrox, by moving to a clean label formula and non-GMO.

Bridor recently launched its Clean Label program, which bans the use of over 150 ingredients.
