Schust, a provider of turnkey industrial ventilation systems that exceeds environment expectations, has announced that Jim Weber has been named vice president of sales, effective November 16, 2020. Weber succeeds John Rothermel, who was recently promoted to president of Scheuch USA, Inc, Schust's parent company.
Weber brings nearly 25 years of sales and leadership experience to Schust. “I was impressed with Jim’s experience as a leader and team player with an eye for meeting financial goals and objectives,” says John Rothermel. “His ability to establish clear direction and setting high expectations for performance will be a valuable asset as he continues to find opportunities for synergies that drive additional growth and revenue sources.”
Weber will be responsible for leading the sales organization and ensuring customer success to achieve top and bottom-line growth goals. "I am excited by Schust's laser focus to delivering the industry's best APC solutions that drive optimization and increased revenues to our customers while making our communities better places to live for generations to come," says Weber. "I am honored to join the Schust team and help build on the solid foundation developed over the last 20 years."
Weber served in the United States Army and graduated from West Point with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineeering. He volunteers at his church and supports various organizations such as Warrior’s Ascent, City Union Men’s Center, Kansas City Walk Now for Autism Speaks, and several cancer research organizations. Weber and his wife Pam have been married for 26 years and have two sons. They are avid Kansas City Chiefs fans and have been season ticket holders for 17 years.
