Bell Flavors & Fragrances is excited to announce the recent hire of Sheila Ulbrich, general counsel and Mike Barron, senior manager, ERP implementation and applications, at their headquarters in Northbrook, IL.

Sheila joins Bell with an extensive career in a variety of legal capacities. Most recently, she served as an attorney for Bottomline Technologies, where she was responsible for verifying and insuring compliance. She has served as an associate attorney for The Sheehan Firm, handling contracts, litigation and compliance matters.

Additionally, Sheila has held the position of senior counsel with Sears Holdings Corporation. She also continues to act as an arbitrator in civil litigation matters for the Circuit Court of Lake County.

Sheila earned a Juris Doctor at Chicago Kent College of Law and achieved a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Illinois.

Mike joins Bell with an extensive career in supporting systems applications, ERP implementation, CRM, continuous improvement, inventory management, project planning and business strategy.

Prior to Bell, Mike was principal consultant/owner, where he assisted global top 3 financial clearing companies to coordinate IT development globally. Mike gained significant experience with UniCarriers Americas Corporation as their director, information systems, director of V-up (Six Sigma) and information systems, Manager of Application Development. Mike grew his programming and systems analysis skills with Healthsouth and Baxter Healthcare Corporation.

Mike has earned a Bachelor of Science from Illinois State University with a Business Administration Major with an Emphasis in Management Information Systems and a Minor in Accounting. He has achieved recognition in the Nissan Automotive Six Sigma Continuous Improvement Training with a Master Black Belt, Black Belt and a Green Belt. Mike is also a Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
