Baker Boy, Inc. president Guy Moos announced to staff on Friday, February 15, 2018, that longtime plant manager Bob Larson has been promoted to Baker Boy’s chief operating officer and vice president.

“Bob has demonstrated his ability to successfully lead as plant manager,” Moos said. “I have every bit of confidence that he’ll be a great Chief Operating Officer.”

Larson’s promotion was announced the day after he celebrated his 25th year at Baker Boy. He has been the plant manager of the baked goods manufacturer’s since 2014.

Larson started his career at Baker Boy in purchasing. He was promoted to director of logistics in 2005, and oversaw the freezer and warehouse, purchasing and transportation, as well as the sales of Baker Boy’s co-pack products.

“It’s all about our people,” Larson said. “We have the best group we’ve ever had working together at Baker Boy. I’m humbled by the opportunity to continue to work with this fantastic team.”

Bob lives in Dickinson and has three grown children, Jason, Tyler and Stephanie and has four lovely granddaughters that are his pride and joy. In Bob’s spare time, he is an avid fisherman.
