The winners of the American Society of Baking's Innovation Awards Program will be showcased during the MarketPlace 2018, which is held in conjunction with the Society’s Annual Technical Conference, BakingTech. The winners will be featured during the MarketPlace show hours of 4pm – 6pm on Sunday, February 25, Monday, February 26 and Tuesday, February 27.
