ASB Innovation Awards winners to be showcased at BakingTech 2018

The American Society of Baking (ASB) announced today the winners of its 2018 Innovation Awards Program. The ASB Innovation Awards program celebrates industry leaders and companies in the grain based food industry for their innovative development and implementation of leading edge products, equipment design and advancements in ingredient technology.

The winners of the American Society of Baking's Innovation Awards Program will be showcased during the MarketPlace 2018, which is held in conjunction with the Society’s Annual Technical Conference, BakingTech. The winners will be featured during the MarketPlace show hours of 4pm – 6pm on Sunday, February 25, Monday, February 26 and Tuesday, February 27.
