Hayssen Flexible Systems, a Barry-Wehmiller company, has announced that that Douglas McGraw will begin serving as its president on September 25, 2017. Hayssen, headquartered in Duncan, is a global packaging machinery supplier specializing in flexible packaging solutions for a wide range of industries, including bakery, confectionary snack foods, frozen foods, fresh produce and cheese.
McGraw brings to the role extensive experience leading domestic and international businesses in both consumer durables and packaged goods. He has a strong track record of achieving profitable growth by leveraging Lean operational practices, and deploying strategic vision and exceptional coaching and leadership.

McGraw most recently served as chief operating officer of Topa Equities Ltd. in Los Angeles. Prior to that, he held key leadership roles at P&G, Graco and Masco Corporation. He has a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Duke University and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard University.
