Bell Flavors and Fragrances has announced the opening of Bell’s newest Culinary Center at its headquarters in Northbrook, IL.
To complement one of the fastest growing global industries and further its dedication to consumer support and service, Bell Flavors and Fragrances has designed a fully integrated Culinary Center to enhance innovation and cooperation with its customers. The 3,300 sq. ft. Culinary Center contains equipment that can mimic many commercial manufacturing processes, so as to better simulate customer products. Designed to encourage creativity and collaboration, the space also contains chef-designed cooking and presentation areas, meeting spaces, and offices for the application teams.
Executive chef Chris Warsow comments, “Chef driven innovation is crucial to many of our customers’ innovation pipelines. The Culinary Center was built to provide a forum for collaboration between the chefs and food scientists of Bell and the customer. It is also a space to drive innovation and partnership in a comfortable and meaningful manner. We are excited to see the ideas that would emerge from this space. ”
