Amplify Snack Brands Inc., Austin, TX, has acquired Boundless Nutrition, a rapidly growing better-for-you snack food company also based in Austin. Boundless Nutrition, the maker of Oatmega protein snack bars and Perfect Cookie, joins the Amplify portfolio alongside SkinnyPop Popcorn and Paqui Tortilla Chips.
