Norcross, GA-based Rovema North America, a subsidiary of Rovema GmbH, which designs and supplies packaging machinery for the food industry, recently purchased from Rovema Packaging Machines substantially all of its Rovema brand-related business.

Rovema Packaging Machines L.P. will fill all existing orders in the next months. Effective immediately, all new Rovema-related sales and services will be provided exclusively by Rovema North America. This includes all parts, conversions and technical services.
