Wixon, St. Francis, WI, recently announced several organizational changes.
Greg Gonzales has joined the manufacturer of seasonings, flavors and technologies for the food and beverage industries as packaging operations manager. He is responsible for overseeing the packaging department, including scheduling and managing facility staff, directing lean manufacturing practices, and coordinating and ensuring compliance with established standards for production and quality. Gonzales has more than 20 years of food industry experience from production management assignments with a variety of companies, including Kangaroo, a ConAgra Foods Inc. brand; Unilever; and Ventura Foods.
Ruth Ann Spinelli has joined Wixon as customer care manager, overseeing the customer service department. She will focus on ensuring that all components and ingredients are available for production planning and scheduling. Spinelli has more than 25 years of customer service experience and previously served in leadership roles at Harley-Davidson Motor Co. in Milwaukee; Nassco in New Berlin, WI; and Kerry Ingredients & Flavours in Beloit, WI.
Fran Seidita has accepted the newly-created position of materials coordinator. She previously served as the company’s customer service manager for a number of years.
Deric Kolvenbach has been hired as a help desk technician. He previously served three years in the U.S. Marine Corps as a data network specialist in Okinawa, Japan.
