DDW, The Colour House, Louisville, KY, has promoted Elaine Gravatte to president and COO, as well as elected her to the DDW board of directors. Gravatte leads the core operations and reports to DDW chairman and CEO Ted Nixon.

Gravatte’s most recent position was senior vice president, global operations, with responsibility for manufacturing, quality, supply chain and human resources. Her past positions at DDW were regional president and COO, North America; account executive for a key, global strategic customer; and human resources manager.
