Nutrition expert and best-selling author David Grotto, MS, RDN, LDN, has been named to the NAMA Nutrition Advisory Council (NAC). Grotto is a registered dietitian and senior nutrition marketing business partner for Kellogg’s Specialty Channels, the food away from home division of the Kellogg Co. There, he provides nutrition solutions and guidance for operators managing K-12 schools, colleges, hospitals, business and industry, lodging, military, convenience and vending locations.
In addition to his work with Kellogg’s, Grotto is a best-selling author, a freelance writer and an adviser to Fitness magazine. In April, he presented “The Snacking Story: Trends and Solutions for Vending and Refreshment Services” at the NAMA OneShow in Las Vegas.
