Global Organics Ltd., Cambridge, MA, has hired Gigi Brienza as director of operations. She has extensive experience in global strategic sourcing and operational management, and will be responsible for the company’s quality assurance, sourcing, purchasing, logistics and warehouse operations.
Brienza comes to Global Organics from Stonyfield Farm, where she directed sourcing and supplier development. She also has held supply chain and operational management positions at The Pillsbury Co., Bristol-Myers Squibb and Oxford University Press.
