Dunbar Systems Inc., Lemont, IL, has appointed Doug Hale to the position of vice president of operations. Jim Diver, who previously held the position, remains on staff in his new role of director of sales.

Hale most recently was project manager at Powers Engineering, a Minneapolis engineering firm. He has been associated with the baking industry for more than 30 years, working at McGiynns Bakeries (A Taste of France and Concept 2 Bakers division), The Pillsbury Co., Ralcorp Foods Holding and Lund Food Holding.

In addition to Hale’s appointment, Dunbar Systems has named Mike Dunbar CEO and Mark Dunbar president. Both will continue in their sales roles. George Dunbar will continue as chairman of the company.
