Quality Ingredients Corp., Burnsville, Minn., is selling its Marshfield, Wis., facility and related dairy and nondairy creamer business to St. Louis-based SensoryEffects, which will integrated the business into its SensoryEffects Powder Systems division in Defiance, Ohio. The sale is expected to be finalized on Aug. 30.
Quality Ingredients Corp. will now focus solely on its growing contract manufacturing and specialty products division. For more than 25 years, the company has been providing specialized toll drying and blending services as well as creating specialty and custom powdered ingredient systems for food and nutrition industry partners across North America and beyond.
