Frédéric Duvauchelle has been named general manager and president of Puratos Corp. USA, Cherry Hill, N.J., effective Jan. 1.
For the past three years, as general manager of Puratos Chocolate USA in Kenosha, Wis., Duvauchelle and his team created an efficient, safe and quality-focused operation, achieving SQF certification. Before transitioning to the Puratos US team, Duvauchelle worked for Puratos Group in Brussels as business unit director for Patisserie Mixes, where he was one of the driving forces of innovation and growth of this category worldwide.
Current Puratos USA president Karel Zimmermann will transition to regional director of North America, focusing on business growth in the United States, Canada and Mexico.
