Batory Foods has acquired Industrial Ingredients, Inc. of Keokuk, Iowa, a division of Allied Blending & Ingredients.

Industrial Ingredients has been distributing food ingredients to food and nutritional manufacturers throughout the country since 1981.

“With the acquisition of Industrial Ingredients, we will be able to provide their customers a broader line of food and fine ingredients that are available throughout our nationwide network of distribution centers,” says Ron Friedman, vice president of Batory Foods, Des Plaines, Ill.

Batory Foods and its family of distribution companies provide commodity and specialty ingredients to food and nutritional manufacturers throughout the nation.
