Bernie Bruinsma has been named director of special projects for Caravan Ingredients. In this role Bruinsma will assist R&D, business development and sales and marketing for the Lenexa, Kan.-based ingredient supplier.
Bruinsma’s career accomplishments include a Ph.D. in cereal chemistry, president of American Association of Cereal Chemists, vice president of R&D for Roman Meal and vice president of R&D for Innovative Cereal Systems.
