Targeting the healthy baking trend, AIB International will conduct a seminar that shows bakers how to capitalize on this trend.

The American Institute of Baking will hold the event from August 3-7 at its campus in Manhattan, Kan. In addition to whole grains, the seminar will focus on Omega-3 fatty acids, phytosterols, prebiotics, probiotics, reduced sodium, added fiber and more.

In addition to morning lectures, attendees will spend four afternoons in AIB’s pilot plants baking products with these healthy ingredients.
