Loacker USA has appointed Todd W. Hanus as senior v.p. of U.S. sales, effective May 7.
Hanus is responsible for all sales channels in the U.S. and will report directly to TJ Rooney, president of Loacker USA.
Hanus earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering and an MBA from Rutgers University. He comes to Loacker with over 24 years of CPG experience at Kraft Foods, Nabisco and Mondelez International. He has held a wide range of senior CPG leadership positions ranging from sales planning, trade marketing, financial planning, both customer and region management, as well as playing a key leadership role in strategy and operations.
Hanus believes in the power of teamwork. While leading the Walmart team for Mondelez International, his team won Walmart’s Supplier of the Year award twice (2013 and 2015).
More recently, Hanus was executive v.p. for Advantage Solutions, leading their Walmart Enterprise – Sales Team. His responsibilities spanned managing HQ sales for the Advantage team and four broker acquisitions, along with retail operations. As part of the Sales Leadership team, he worked to accelerate client sales growth across Walmart and Sam’s Club with support across all other channels.
Hanus and his wife, Marjorie, have lived in Northwest Arkansas for the past 7 years, where they have established themselves as active and respected members of the community. He has two children, Connor and Caila, attending college at Mizzou and the University of Arkansas, respectively.
In his spare time, Hanus serves on the Boys & Girls Club Board, Walton Arts Center - Corporate Leadership Council and Enactus - Executive Council.
