Wormerveer, Netherlands-based Caotech has a worldwide reputation as a specialist in self-developed ball mills and conches within the cocoa and chocolate-related processing sector. At the Upakovka 2014 and interpack 2014, Caotech will be pleased to discuss the latest developments on cocoa, chocolate and compound processing.
Drawing upon years of expertise in conjunction with its extensive field experience, the company launched a number of developments in the field of cocoa, chocolate and compound applications in recent years.
Traditionally. the Caotech scope of supply covers a wide variety of installations, varying from a small lab size ball mill type CAO B5 or a lab conche CWC 5 to the well-known CHOCOCON batch installation or the CAO 3000 as a component in a continuous production line for both cocoa and chocolate turnkey projects.
The accompanying photo shows the company’s newly developed CAO B3000-CHOC DUO installation, a fully automated processing line for the production of chocolate and compound with capacities of up to 1,200 kg per hour. Upon a customer’s requirements, the line can be completed with an ingredients feeding section.
The CAO B3000-CHOC DUO has been developed for chocolate, compound recipes and fat crèmes containing a low fat percentage and/or a high content of milk powders. This continuous batch system can be perfectly used for these heat sensitive masses. It has a unique configuration between a horizontal mixer, (water-cooled) grinding shaft, grinding tank and grinding media, resulting in an optimum use of the grinding/cooling efficiency.
At interpack 2014 Caotech will exhibit — among other things — the CAO B3000-CHOC DUO, a CAO 4000 for high capacity cocoa liquor refining and a CAO B5 laboratory ball mill refiner.
At Upakovka, please stop by booth C02, Hall 2.2 while at interpack, come to booth C24, Hall 3.
