CandyStore.com has released a list of the most popular Christmas candy in each state for 2021.
“Since we’re an online bulk candy store, we reached out to CandyStore.com customers to find that out,” the company said. “We got over 23,000 responses this year. We also checked in with our friendly major candy manufacturers and distributors to be sure our survey corresponded with their seasonal observations.”
So which Christmas candy won the most states?
Peppermint Bark came in at the top, ranking first in 14 states, picking up three new states since last year.
“Look at all those states in the middle,” Candystore.com said. “They’re all peppermint bark! What is Middle America doing with all that peppermint bark?”
Candy canes and chocolate Santas tied for second, each ranking highest in six states.
