Danielle LaChance is Lindt USA's new v.p. of marketing |
Premium chocolatier Lindt & Sprüngli has promoted from within, and appointed Danielle LaChance as v.p. of marketing for Lindt USA.
LaChance, who most recently served as marketing director for the company, will oversee the entire Lindt USA marketing department, and will be responsible for the company’s U.S. marketing initiatives. She will manage national brand strategies for key product franchises such as Lindor — a collection of premium chocolate bars — as well as oversee key seasonal offerings.
LaChance joined Lindt USA in 2002 as a sales analyst and transitioned into the marketing department two years later. As marketing director, LaChance developed national strategic marketing efforts for many of Lindt USA’s priority brands, including the company’s iconic Lindor truffles.
“Over the last 10 years, Danielle has driven programs and achieved significant results that have helped shape Lindt USA into the prosperous company it is today,” says Linemayr. “We are fortunate to have Danielle as the new vice president of marketing for Lindt USA, and I am confident her leadership and rich experience will drive continued growth and excitement for the Lindt brand here in the U.S.”
As v.p. of marketing, LaChance will report directly to Thomas Linemayr, president and ceo of Lindt USA.
Founded in 1845, Lindt & Sprüngli is a Switzerland-based premium chocolate manufacturer. The company, which also oversees the Ghirardelli brand, operates eight production facilities in Europe and the United States and employs 7,400 worldwide.
