Läderach Chocolatier Suisse has debuted a line of vegan chocolates. 

In addition to existing pure and select dark chocolate with fruit and nuts, Läderach's vegan products include cashew milk instead of dairy milk, coconut blossom sugar instead of sugar and no preservatives. The coconut blossom sugar comes from Indonesia, while the cashew milk comes from Vietnam. The company sources cocoa beans from Ecuador and Ghana. 

Product innovation is led by World Chocolate Master Elias Läderach. The new vegan chocolate collection, marked with "Vegan Taste Approved" sticker, includes:

Creamy Cashew Tablet: Vegan chocolate made with cashew milk and coconut blossom sugar. S.R.P.: USD 9.90, CAD 11.50

FrischSchoggi Vegan Cashew: Roasted and caramelized whole cashew nuts are mixed into vegan chocolate made with cashew milk. Available by weight and in a small pouch combined with other Läderach vegan dark chocolate. S.R.P.: USD 14.90 per 1/4lb, CAD 14.90 per 100g.

Small FrischSchoggi Vegan Pouch: Available varieties include FrischSchoggi Grand Cru 70%, FrischSchoggi Almond Dark, FrischSchoggi Blackberry Dark, FrischSchoggi Cashew Vegan, FrischSchoggi Orange-Almond Dark, and FrischSchoggi Pistachio Dark S.R.P.: USD 32.85 and CAD 37.25
