Lycored has re-named all its colors for food and beverages as part of a re-branding strategy that emphasizes simplicity and user-friendliness.

Carol Stream, Ill.-based Prinova announced it has reached an agreement to acquire Israeli-based Lycored’s China and United Kingdom Premix operations.

Lycored’s food and fortification business is set to increase its footprint in the Iberian Peninsula and North Africa after establishing a new partnership with the Food Division of Spanish ingredients distributor Indukern.
