The 2017 PROCESS EXPO, presented by the Food Processing Suppliers Association (FPSA), will take place September 19–22 at McCormick Place in Chicago.

The 2017 PROCESS EXPO will feature several working production lines, including a bakery line which will simulate a frozen cookie line process.
