The American Bakers Association (ABA) has announced that the 2017 Technical Conference – the largest conference for cookie, cracker and baking industry professionals – will be held in San Antonio, Texas, October 22-25, 2017.

The Biscuit & Cracker Manufacturers' Association Annual Convention heads back to springtime to hold this two-day member leadership and networking event exclusive to the cookie and cracker industry.

A robust educational program, a new hands-on workshop, tabletop exhibits and more await Biscuit & Cracker Manufacturers’ Association members at the Grand Hyatt Buckhead in Atlanta on May 1–4.

Consideration of a final merger recommendation of the two baking industry associations is tentatively scheduled for March 2017.

To be held Oct. 18-20 at The Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix, the event will feature educational sessions and networking events.
