Recently acquired Labriola Baking Company is a premium bakery of breads and artisan soft pretzels, located just outside Chicago in Alsip, IL.

The veteran food industry executive will join the Illinois-based artisan bakery on Feb. 9.

Plaza Belmont Fund III LP of Shawnee Mission, Kan., and several other investors have acquired Labriola Baking Co. in Alsip, Ill. Terms of the transaction, which did not include the Labriola Bakery Café, were not disclosed.
